Daddy, I'm cool!!!

Since Brynn decided to wake up early this morning... (6:00am) we were up before Daddy left for work. I decided to dress Brynn in this Nike dress since it was supposed to be 80 degrees out. It was her first time wearing it. I put it on her in her room, she ran out and shouted to her Dad at the bottom of the stairs... "Daddy I'm cool!" So, I guess she likes it. Thanks Aunt Sherry!

Also, if you look closely at the photo you will notice she has only one boot on. This has been her style lately, she puts on only one of her shoes and wanders around our house.

After building the house we planted some rose bushes. Brynn decided to help out. She grabbed Grandma Kathy's tools and went to work. This was unprompted by any of us. We turned around and there she was moving dirt.

Dressing Myself

While at Grandma and Grandpa's house Brynn made up her mind she was going to finish dressing herself. Grammie got her dress on and Brynn decided she needed her pajama top back on her her legs this time. Her dressing continued as she added two pairs of pajama pants over her pajama top. Look how proud she is..

Notice the shirt sleeve peeking out under the dress and over the pj pants.. I know you can't see them but there are two pairs of pj pants on. She stayed in this outfit all the way home and through her nap.

Memorial Day 2

At Grandma and Grandpa's house Brynn got to ride on Big Papa's tractor. She would crawl up in the chair all by herself.

Memorial Day Weekend Part 1

While at Grammie and Big Papa's house we took Brynn over to the park. I know the number of pictures of Brynn swinging is ridiculous, but I just loved all the different facial expressions.

Big Helper

Matt bought us a new dining room table. He was supposed to be picking up dog food and picked out a dining room table instead. Grandpa Bob came over to help put it together. B was very interested in the whole process of building the table. Brynn decided to walk the runway... when the table was first put upside down in our dining room.

Happy Belated Mother's Day

I just thought this deserved a photo,when I pulled Brynn out of her crib after her morning nap today she was holding the two baby's and her blanket just like this. I carried her down to the couch so I could find the camera and get this cute picture.

Jonah

Last night when Kathy came over to watch Brynn, we were looking through some photos we had printed off. Kathy pointed at a picture of Brynn's cousin, Jonah, and asked her who it was. She replied clear as day, "Jonah!" We were so shocked. We had been trying to get her to say Nah for Jonah and she would never say it. Apparently she just wanted to wait until she could say his whole name before letting us know she knew his name.

Brynn found her lego bucket quite entertaining today. If I could have found the camera earlier, she was calling Mommy Mommy as she was running with the bucket on her head.
