Children's Museum

We went to the Children's Museum with my mom, or Brynn's Grammie. It was a very fun filled day and Brynn had a great time. Here are some pics from the day.

This was the biggest hit of the day. It was all these tiny tunnels that kids could crawl in like ants. I was in there with her just to keep an eye on her and could not keep up with her. She loved it!!! I think the $7 we paid to go was well spent for this area. I wish I had more pictures but you could not get her to stay in one place in here.

County Fair

Going to the County Fair was a fun trip with Brynn. Brynn loved seeing the animals. Every animal we went to she got so excited. She is obsessed with cows. Whenever we go for a car ride she asks us for cows. Meaning she wants us to find cows and point them out to her. The car rides to my parents house always go well, but most other car rides we can not find cows and this ends up with screams or tears form the back seat. Here are just a few pics from the fair. We actually didn't end up with that many even though we went three different days to see the animals.

"baby cow" Brynn was excited to touch this baby cow. It was hard to pull her away from one animal to go the next.

Can you see the huge smile? This is by the big cow and her calf... You can't see the animals but you can see how pumped she is to see them.

The Car Video

I said I would post a video of Brynn's and Jonah's favorite activity every morning at the lake. Brynn would push Jonah all around the lodge everyday and never ask to ride in the car or say, "My turn." I foud that surprising. Enjoy.

Beach Pics

I have finally added the beach pictures from the lake... One of Brynn's favorite things to do at the lake which I do not have a picture of is going down the slides into the water. They had two little tyke slides in the water and one was bigger than the other. Of course our little girl would want to go down the big slide again and again and again...

Here is Brynn with Magdelena, one of my cousin's kids she turned 2 in March. I just thought this little interaction was too funny. It appears they are involved in some sort of conversation which I'm sure they were. Mags was a chatterbox and if you know Brynn she is one too.

This is Annika, Jonah and Brynn on the teeter totter type thing. Annika and Brynn were on it by themselves and then cousin Jonah came running to join the fun. Annika is Magdelena's cousin and turned 2 in August.
You normally can not get a hat to stay on this girl's head but she saw the other girl's with them and wore her's most of the time. Thank goodness for wanting to be like the older kids..
Jelly faces seem to be a theme in our household lately.. She can eat better than this, but I think she secretly enjoys the jelly all over. How can you help it when you eat sandwiches from the middle out.
Cool... is all I have to say about this



Rocking on the float with Daddy. She loved the water. We were in it everyday. The week was so much fun and went way too fast.

At the Lake

While we have been home from the lake for a little over a week now I thought I should post pics from the week. This post is everything we have not at the beach... Mostly it's a bunch of pictures of all the kids.

I just thought this was cool and totally unprovoked. Brynn was snacking on goldfish with her legs pushed against the coffee table. She is supporting herself off the ground. I just thought it was cool an 18 month old could do this..

The typical happening everyday during free coffee time. We brought the kids to the lodge and Brynn would push Jonah in the car all around the lodge.. There is a video to follow in a future post.

This step was pretty cool for two cousins to hang out by.

A little "downward dog"

The jelly pictures are numerous. In reality the toast is not a part of Brynn's breakfast ever.. She gets yogurt and fruit, but she always steals my toast or Matt's toast and eats it for us.

The three girls... Magdelena is the blonde one she is 2, Annika turns 2 this month, and Brynn. My Aunt Mary, the two other girl's Grandma, bought them these pj's. We discovered the girls had matching pj's without even trying... As you can see we thought it was a better photo op then the girls did.

Good Morning

This morning I attempted to eat toast with raspberry jam... I left my toast on the couch for a minute when I stepped into the garage to tell Matt something. I came in and found Brynn had claimed my toast as hers... I was going to try to eat the piece on her plate pictured above however upon close inspection of the toast it was apparent she had licked the jelly off of the toast. I decided I would just make some more and let Brynn enjoy her stolen breakfast.
